| Acquisition/Appraisal | On March 25, 1971 the Roy M.D. Richardson papers were
given to the Special Collections Division of the Brooklyn College
Library, as a gift from Mrs. Claire Richardson, widow of the late
Mr. Richardson. This was accomplished through the efforts of History
Professor James P. Brown.
