The Mendel Gottesman Library of Hebraica/Judaica, located at 2520 Amsterdam Avenue between 185th and 186th Streets at the University's Wilf Campus, is one of the world?s great Judaic research collections. The Library?s holdings are particularly strong in the areas of Bible, Rabbinics, Jewish history, Jewish philosophy and the Hebrew language. Collections consist of over 300,000 printed volumes in a variety of languages, dating from the 15th century until the present day. Rare books, manuscripts and archival material complement the Library?s regular holdings.
