The Modern Language Association (MLA) International Bibliography provides access to more than 2 million bibliographic citations to journal articles, books, and dissertations from 1926 to the present in academic disciplines such as language, literature, folklore, linguistics, literary theory and criticism, and the dramatic arts. Many of the citations have abstracts, and the database provides links to full-text when available. Users can search by title, subject, author, as well as journal title, and can link to similiar results using related subject lists.
