142 - Conference Room

All active CUNY students/faculty must request room in advance.  Walk-ins allowed based on availability. No food and drinks allowed. There is a 4 reservation limit per student/faculty, per semester. All special equipment or request must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance with the New Media Center. We will open the room to the host and must be in attendance at all times. The host will be responsible for the room. Please arrive at the Lower Level Desk to have the room opened and closed. Reservations not claimed within 15 minutes of the scheduled time may be subjected to cancellation.
